Pumpkin Oat Pancakes with Chocolate Sauce

Pumpkin and oat-flour pancakes with a cocoa sauce sweetened with isomalt — a warming autumn breakfast with fibre and no refined sugar.
Method
Tap a step when it's done.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately.
- Combine, adding a little water for the right consistency.
- Let the batter swell.
