Easter Kulich with Lavender

Why it's Low GI
A yeast-free Easter kulich with lavender, turmeric and cinnamon — wholegrain and almond flour, sweetened with stevia, with a sunny natural colour from turmeric.
Method
Tap a step when it's done.
- Mix the flour and water and refrigerate overnight, covered.
- Take the dough out and let it warm; mix all the dry ingredients.
- Combine the dough with the wet ingredients, quickly adding the soda and lemon juice at the end.
- Grease the moulds and fill with the dough.
- Bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes; check with a skewer.
