Why it's Low GI

Pure almond flour base with no refined sugar — sweetened only with erythritol. High in protein and healthy fats, low in carbohydrates. A reliable, fail-proof recipe.

Method

Tap a step when it's done.

  1. Zest half a lime and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix all ingredients together — the dough should be elastic and slightly moist.
  3. Preheat oven to 150°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  4. Scoop out dough and roll into balls. Press one pecan half into the centre of each.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes. They firm up as they cool — don’t worry if they seem soft in the oven.
